Offer Description
Start-ups are offered to participate in a program tailored to their specific situation. The typical program includes: • Understand your market: From competitors to influencers • Understand your customer: Industry, customer business, buyers’ personas and their personal targets • Understand your product: Real business values and differentiators for each persona • Develop sales and marketing stories: Create and deliver business insights in a respectful dialogue using rational and emotional arguments • Adapt to Individuals: Customize the sales message so that it fits to the individual customer contacts and segments • Support the Buying Process: How to guide and support the customer through the buying process Typically, the initial block of the program has a duration of 5 working days but can be adapted as needed. It is an intense collaboration period that requires all key personnel in a start-up to participate. This initial phase is than optionally followed by a ‘hold your hand’ phase, where coaching and consulting is available over another 6 months to ensure successful implementation.
